The short version: Toolchestrator is currently free and provided as-is. We store only what your workspace chooses to sync, we don't sell or share your data, and this website sets no tracking cookies at all.
What Toolchestrator is
Toolchestrator is the runtime for the small apps people build with AI copilots like Claude Code. Tools keep running on their creators' machines; the hub stores what those tools and their owners deliberately publish to it, and relays actions and app traffic between workspace members and those tools.
What we store
- Account data: your name, email address, and a securely hashed password. Passwords are never stored or logged in plain text.
- Workspace content: what your workspace's members choose to put on the hub: tool descriptions, data-model definitions, the records tools sync, task requests and their results, and an activity log of workspace events (who connected, shared, ran, or opened what).
- Access credentials you create: personal access tokens and per-tool API keys, stored as one-way hashes. The plain value is shown once and never kept.
Traffic to and from a tool's web interface passes through the hub to reach the owner's machine; the hub does not keep copies of that traffic beyond what is needed to deliver it.
What we don't do
- We don't sell, rent, or share your data with third parties.
- We don't use your workspace content for advertising or for training AI models.
- This marketing site runs no analytics, no trackers, and no third-party scripts. the only external request is loading its font.
Cookies
This website (toolchestrator.com) sets no cookies. The application (hub.toolchestrator.com) uses only functional cookies: short-lived, signed session cookies that let you use a tool's web app through the hub. No advertising or analytics cookies.
Workspace isolation and access
Workspaces are fully isolated from one another. Inside a workspace, what each member can see is governed by each tool's sharing setting (private, department, or company), joining requires an invite code plus an administrator's approval, and access is re-checked on every request. Workspace administrators (not us) decide who is in a workspace and what is shared inside it.
Data retention and deletion
Workspace content stays until the people who own it change or remove it: tool owners can remove synced records and tools, and administrators manage members. To have an account or an entire workspace deleted, email kstevica@gmail.com.
Free, as-is, no warranty
Toolchestrator is currently offered free of charge and “as-is”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability. You use it at your own discretion and risk; to the maximum extent permitted by law, its operators are not liable for damages arising from its use, including loss of data. Keep your source tools authoritative: the hub is a collaboration layer, not your system of record or a backup service.
Pricing may be introduced in the future; if it is, existing users will be told clearly before anything changes.
Changes to this page
If this policy changes in a way that matters, the “last updated” date above will change with it. Significant changes will be announced in the application.
